Just about all studies of the last forty years show that people cannot be reliably assessed. Regardless how much we try to do this.
A more reliable way to collect information about people is to score our own experiences. Your own experiences reflect your experience and cannot be seen as “wrong”, just because it is about your own perception, belief and feeling. What may happen is that someone disagrees with you because this person has a different feeling. And this is fine too, since these differences are again interesting to zoom in on to get clear what the other person needs to develop further.
