The last weeks of 2019 are ahead of us, and we are all inclined to make plans for the new year, 2020.
Plans that we are convinced of that they will help us to be successful in what we do. However, in reality, it never ends how it was supposed to be. By the end of January 2020, we may no longer be following the schedule tightly. No matter how hard we tried this year to do it differently … a plan focuses on the problem and not so much on the possibilities or solutions. Because, the reality in which we live today is characterized by the speed of change. In a manner of speaking, your plan is almost no longer applicable by the time it can be implemented.
To be successful in this constantly changing world, it is important to keep in touch with this world together with the people you work with. This way we stay in touch with reality and current needs that can be anticipated.
