What does quality of life mean to you? For some, it’s about achieving a sense of balance, while for others, it’s about feeling supported and valued in all aspects of life. No matter how we define it, one thing is clear: quality of life is the foundation for everything we do. When people feel good -physically, mentally, and socially- they perform better, whether in their personal lives, professional roles, or athletic endeavors.
We agree that quality of life is related to realizing your objectives. It would be great if the business world paid attention to the person who is the producer of performance. Our business world should evolve towards an ‘attention for people’ world. An elite sport world paying attention to coach and athlete and a coach seeing the athlete as the center of his job delivers ‘no regrets results’. We’ve experienced that people like to perform and live in ‘a system’, private and professional, radiating an atmosphere of ‘for me you are the norm’.
We think that all people, in whatever situation, country, continent, or sport, agree with our slogan: ‘fun stops, stress starts’. When they feel good, their performance grows. Whether it be in your personal or professional life, you will feel good when ‘your system’ is balanced, showing a sincere attention culture.
Putting pressure on people always triggers disastrous consequences because of a ‘you have to’ leadership. Quality of life is related to an ‘I want to show what I am able to produce my way, together with you’. Attention leads to a performing team. The more you show real positive and constructive leadership, the more you will experience pride and performance.
